Moyuela
Con sus casas cueva, su rico patrimonio religioso y su enclave, junto al río con el que comparte nombre, Moyuela merece una visita sin prisas.
Moyuela is a municipality of the Autonomous Community of Aragon, situated 75 kilometres to the south of Zaragoza, capital, and at a height of 725 metres above sea level.
According to the 1996 register, Moyuela had a population of 365 inhabitants. In summer, the population increases considerably, above all in the month of August, when the “main festivity” of the municipality is celebrated. During that month, the population easily exceeds 500 inhabitants.
The situation of the village means that the weather conditions of the region are not too extreme (although this does not mean that in winter it is not very cold and in summer not very hot). The fact that it does not rain very much means that rainfed crops prevail in the region, chiefly cereals and vine.
