Prepared with milk from extensive goat and sheep flocks that graze every day on the hills of Fuendetodos, peppered with aromatic plants, which give the cheese a typical flavour of rosemary and thyme.

The cheese production in the area is monopolised by the only dairy that exists. This company prepares cheese in an entirely traditional manner, using natural curd of animal origin and rejecting the use of paraffin, oils and any other artificial product, which protects the cheese during its maturing process, letting the natural mould of the cheese form, which will then provide the interior paste with a typical flavour.

A wide variety of cheeses is offered: Fresh cheese, curd cheese, medium mature and mature cheeses; and a wide range of cheese products that will delight lovers of this dairy product.
